We need color separations if it is for screen printing or engraving we need either EPS, WMF, AI, CDR, PDF, for a quality image. We cannot use BMP, JPG, TIFF, or GIF a picture is not artwork, if we have to convert to a working file there is a charge for this.

YES, we can engrave on yeti type mugs and tumblers as long as they have a color that can be engraved we can not do on plain metal or silver.

NO, we can not engrave on stone or marble our machine is not capable of doing that at the present time.

We are here Saturday 10 am to 1 pm and are closed on Sunday. 

YES, we do all of our own engraving in house with lasers and or hand engraving machines, we have a 24 x 48 table engraver as well.

We can it just depends on if the machines are available and what has to be done. Flat engraving can be done hand engraving takes time to do and how we do it.

All customer orders require a 50% deposit for special ordering goods. ex. Apparel, large trophy orders and custom orders.

YES, We do recycle old trophies for parts and donate to special needs as awards for churches or school programs.if you have old trophies you don't want just drop off at our store any time.
